负压隔离器

负压隔离器是针对 EHS 需求设计的一款隔离设备，主要应用于高毒性、高致敏性药物或者制剂产品的称量、配料、卸料、包装、取样等操作，通过可调控的负压环境实现对操作人员在称量和分装复合药物或样品时的防护。负压隔离器除了对操作者的保护，也可以对产品和操作过程进行保护。

2 ) 气闸室和 RPT 传递装置组成的物料传入传出系统可实现样品的安全转移；

3 ) 紊流气流模式允许在低风速条件下的控污，进而实现低能消耗；

4 ) 圆筒集尘式空气过滤器可通过操作手套在舱体内部更换，避免污染物对人体伤害；

5 ) 系统集成了舱体完整性自动检测功能，每个部件工作状态显示，报表输出，报警提

示；

6 ) 光滑易清洁的内、外表面，便于清理；

7 ) 照明系统设计在隔离器腔体外部，易于维护，腔体内方便实施彻底清洁；

8 ) 配置清洗喷枪及排水系统；

9 ) 可选配在线手套检漏仪。
